We are searching for Talent Development Business Partner for Global E-Commerce, where you will partner with a number of global teams and leaders to refine our end to end approach to our most important asset, our talent. This includes working on a variety of different initiatives from designing and delivering talent management and developing programs. The solutions delivered will not only help drive our performance-oriented culture but also our business objectives. About this role

The Talent Development Business Partner will begin by consulting with the business to translate business priorities into talent priorities and talent strategies into business impact. They will then partner with teams across the globe to build, iterate, and scale talent programs and strategies for maximum impact in a fast-paced, global environment. A subject-matter expert, the Talent Development Business Partner will bring deep expertise in learning and talent to build world-class solutions. A serial innovator, this leader is never satisfied with the status quo and will seek opportunities for continuous improvement using new and emerging technology and techniques. User- and outcome-obsessed, the Talent Development Business Partner will index on delivering solutions that drive measurable results for our most important asset: our talent.
Responsibilities
1. Lead performance consulting and/or conduct needs assessment with business leaders, HRBPs, and other stakeholders to identify priority talent opportunities.
2. End-to-end ownership of one or more talent strategies or initiatives (design, development, delivery, iteration). Ensures execution against designated quality standards.
3. Continuously prioritize strategies and initiatives that will deliver differentiated impact to the business.
4. Drive and influence key leadership and investment decisions that will maximize talent capability for long-term business success.
Qualifications
Minimun Qualifications
1. Over 5 years experience working in a large, global organization. International experience preferred.
2. Demonstrated ability to autonomously deliver targeted results in the face of significant ambiguity and complexity.
3. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large, complex projects in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment.
4. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resource, Business Management, and other related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Over 5 years experience in HR, specializing in learning & development, organization development, and/or talent management. Previous experience in change management, management consulting, and/or as an HR Business Partner preferred.
2. Exceptional critical- and system-thinking skills.
3. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially with a diverse global stakeholder and customer base.
4. Strong business acumen.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118560 - $216600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
