Our Global E-Commerce Legal Team team is growing! We are a team of more than 60 lawyers who are committed to providing top-end in-house legal services to our internal clients on E-Commerce legal matters.
We are looking for an experienced candidate to join us as Project Management Officer to support our Global legal team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing and driving large-scale, complex projects, processes, and strategic initiatives across a range of subject matters which may include regulatory, product compliance, cross-functional team collaboration, etc.
- Collaborate with legal, tech, business, and other cross-functional partners, including operations and finance, to provide scalable solutions that will increase the efficiency and productivity of all team members

- Facilitate strategic discussions, build trust, and obtain consensus from department leads and other team members, promote and maximize synergies within the Global E-Commerce Legal team and across other legal teams
- Proactively identify areas for optimization, and design and implement innovative solutions, including technological, operational, and change management remedies
- Facilitate smooth team operation, and set, plan, measure, and produce reports on operational metrics (for example, budgets, head counts) and outcomes and continually improve processes through industry-leading methods
- Initiate and drive training, events, other projects that can contribute to building a team culture featuring high morale, high performance, health and sustainability, happiness, and a vibrant atmosphere
- Assist the Global Head of E-Commerce Legal organize and administrate team and leadership meetings, draft team OKRs, track and produce team OKR reports
- Assist the Global head of E-Commerce Legal coordinate and draft team reports for sharing with the Global Legal senior leaders, business stakeholders and company leadership
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong experience with project tracking and management, creating organizational consensus, and managing and meeting deadlines with a strong sense of urgency
- Highly organized, detailed and data-oriented, ability to coordinate across multiple teams/countries and time-zones/cultures
- Excellent communication abilities, including strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (previous legal experience is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in supporting senior-level executives
- Adaptable, fast learner and highly motivated with experience in operations
- Detail-oriented, with proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams;
- Independent, strong multi-tasking skills and passionate about problem solving
- Optimistic, resilient, pragmatic, and passionate
- Ability to proactively identify inefficiencies and create process improvement through standardization and policies
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $170666 - $319200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
