Job Description:
1. Design and enhance platform infrastructure for Local Services, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and user experience across merchants and consumers.

2. Develop and optimise B-end governance tools and products, such as violation centers, content and listing management systems, and operational dashboards, to ensure compliance and quality.
3. Collaborate closely with engineering, algorithms, operations, and compliance teams to enhance system performance.
4. Leverage data-driven insights to identify pain points, drive feature improvements, and optimise ecosystem health.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with minimally 5 years of experience in platform product management.
2. Solid product architecture thinking with strong understanding of platform product growth.
3. Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional global teams.
4. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets, uncover insights, and drive product improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience within local services, e-commerce, or similar industries preferred.
2. Candidates with strong understanding of governance mechanisms and compliance tools will be prioritised.
