Responsibilities
- Work on all elements of the data analytics aspect of the copyright platform, including both the internal data reporting and the client-facing Analytics module.
- Work with a cross-functional team to launch data-related products/product features by identifying the problem through user research, defining requirements, then guiding the work of design and engineering to deliver upon those requirements.
- Engage with user research and experience design teams to create mock-ups and prototypes.
- Partner with development teams to facilitate decision-making, propose alternative solutions, and help identify gaps in our product and our business.
- Collaborate with development teams through the development cycle to ensure features meet the desired business goals.
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships with teams across Product, Product Operations, Engineering, Design, Business Development, and Legal.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Management, Business Analytics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and 5 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Management, Business Analytics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and 7 years of related work experience, out of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
- Conducting data analysis and building dashboards to provide insights for business strategy;
- Utilizing SQL to pull data and utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data visualization;
- Building API solution to automate tasks and solve user pain points; and
- Designing, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps and iterating across stakeholders.
Travel Requirement: International travel up to 10% required.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $146744 - $234080 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
