Team Introduction:
The Physical Security System and Technology team, a key component of the Corporate Services department, is dedicated to ensuring a secure working environment for employees. We achieve this through the development and implementation of integrated, intelligent security systems, efficient operation and maintenance, and the construction of secure working areas aligned with our security strategy. Our focus is on leveraging systematic tools to enhance physical security management and protect the company's global operations.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Direct and guide the AMS physical security technology and project team in comprehensive development, strategic planning, and execution of initiatives and projects.
- Project Management: Deliver and maintain all the AMS physical security projects and systems promptly with high quality via building effective communication channels and setting clear technical standards with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Risk Management: Perform thorough risk assessments to identify potential security threats. Develop and recommend tailored physical security measures and strategies to address and mitigate identified risks effectively. Be able to escalate whenever needed, and prepare Plan B alternatively as always.
- Regulatory Compliance: Oversee and ensure adherence to all relevant local and national regulations governing physical security, maintaining rigorous standards and practices across all security operations.
- Actively cooperate with other regions to standardize the baseline globally, and improve workflow, SOW, etc.
- Actively pay attention to the operation and maintenance management of the active sites, and fix and solve problems in a timely manner. At the same time, by systematically discovering the shortcomings of products and processes from problems, actively providing feedback and promoting optimization
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing physical security projects and systems, including project management, access control and video surveillance, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Extensive familiarity with international regulations and standards related to physical security.
- Demonstrated ability to manage security system projects from conception through implementation, including vendor management, system design, and troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to effectively manage and mentor teams.
- Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work efficiently with global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or higher.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128440 - $235000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
