TikTok's Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with clients, agencies and brands across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.
TikTok Nordics is seeking an experienced Finnish speaking Partnership Manager to grow and lead the partnership with some of the top clients and agencies in the Nordics.
Responsibilities:
- Grow the business within the vertical
- Execute strategic account planning aimed at achieving significant investment growth
- Identify new business opportunities to partner with TikTok
- Lead and grow global client and agency relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions
- Help deepen penetration within brands
- Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships
- Analyse campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimised media solutions
- Meet and exceed revenue targets
- Ad hoc limited business travel within the Nordics (limited to day trips)
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
- Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or roles involving client-facing strategy and consulting
- Knowledge of the media landscape
- Strong consultative sales and/or marketing skills
- Experience analysing campaign data and delivering recommendations
- Proven advisor influencing senior level executives and clients
- Experience in digital and programmatic sales
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
- Comfortable working within a fast moving, entrepreneurial, and sometimes challenging environment
- Fluent in English and Finnish
Preferred Qualifications:
- Track record of building compelling presentations leveraging industry and internal proof points.
- Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying.
- Proven ability to establish relationships with advertisers, agency and C-level relationships.
- App monetization experience
- Proactive and curious
- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
