About the Team:
We are looking for a Partner Manager to join our Monetization Product Partnerships team with a focus on supporting development and growth of Data and Measurement partners to help improve and prove the efficacy of our ads plattorm and drive business growth on TikTok. As a Partner Manager, you will focus on both existing partners and new business development centered around building product solutions designed to allow brands to invest in TikTok ads. The team's culture mirrors that of a small start-up; a team of entrepreneurs and leaders with an eye for what's next. In this role, you will work directly with partners in the data, measurement, and analytics ecosystems globally. Partner Managers will work closely with various internal stakeholders including product, BD, legal, partner enablement, and marketing to develop new ways for consumers to interact with products, services and experiences they love.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to business and product needs best solved through partner-led solutions, whether existing or new
- Manage core operations for existing and new partners, including strategy, integration, annual planning, OKRs, ongoing reporting, and proactively resolving business needs
- Drive product and business adoption of monetization product integrations and solutions
- Develop and hone a data-backed point of view regarding industry trends involving partners, globally, to advise on product strategy and roadmaps accordingly
- Project-manage complex integrations and new initiatives with various partners
- Identify opportunities to scale existing solutions for more businesses
- Define robust programs and integration paths with strategic partners to enable TikTok advertising, discovery, commerce, and creator monetization at scale
- Represent Tiktok in external meetings with executives from other companies while displaying the highest personal integrity and ethics
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of partner-facing experience in partnerships and business development
- Strong adtech background
- Experience with cross-media audience measurement and currency partners
- Working knowledge of privacy and regulatory concepts in the ads ecosystem
- Experience owning and scaling growth projects in a fast-paced technical environment
- Experience developing complex integrations with third parties
- You're a builder, incredibly organized and process-oriented
- You are a strategic thinker, but you're also a doer, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to execute
- You thrive in an environment with changing priorities and responsibilities, and you're able to make and stand behind decisions without a clear roadmap
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience presenting to internal and external audiences at all levels of seniority
- Quantitative/analytical experience
- Experience working as part of an international team
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118000 - $201000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
