We are seeking a positive, motivated and highly organized individual to take on a hybrid role that combines leadership support, project leadership, and partner account management. This role will play a critical part in driving optimizing internal operations and supporting strategic initiatives across multiple functions.
This role will be based in Seoul.
Responsibilities
Country Leadership and Operational Support
- Working closely with the Head of Operations, Korea, to provide support on daily operations , project planning, product launch, team cadence, prioritization, and execution of cross-functional initiatives.
- Coordinate and schedule country-level and department-level business meetings; assist with the preparation and dissemination of agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up reports.
- Regularly monitor operational performance metrics, identify and report issues or opportunities, and lead or contribute to impactful, forward-looking strategic projects.
Key Partner Content Operations & Project Support
- Support the management of key local partner accounts to drive their success on the platform through strategic content optimization and data-informed recommendations provided to internal teams.
- Monitor partners' performance and monetization status, including ad credits usage, and deliver training and advice, and neccessary resources to help partner managers
- Support partner engagement initiatives led by the Publisher and Programs teams, such as partner training sessions, workshops, and external events.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- A bright, proactive mindset with positive energy that uplifts team dynamics and contributes to a collaborative work environment
- 5+ years of experience in a reputable local or global organization
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and adapt strategies
- Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the tech or digital content industry, particularly in account operations and partner support
- Experience supporting one or more senior leaders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) will be advantageous as some stakeholder teams that this role will be working are based in China.
