The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is continually championing and optimizing TikTok LIVE by working with creators to ensure a creative, fun, and safe space for all of our users.
We're looking for an experienced campaigns manager for the Nordic market to join our expanding TikTok Live team in Stockholm. You'll know what makes the audience tick and how to engage them through well-thought-out and designed campaigns. You'll work cross-functionally with our influencer, agency, and strategy teams to drive platform and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Create, plan and execute goal driven Live campaigns for the Nordic market.
Work with product teams to come up with new ideas and new ways to engage audiences and Live creators though campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and present findings, identify trends and patterns.
- Work cross-functionally with revenue, product and creative teams to enhance and improve the Live experience.
- Help create and monitor revenue growth strategies.
- Be creative and champion new ideas.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent in English, Swedish, and another Nordic language: Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian.
- Be able to analyze data and one step ahead of the latest trends.
- Work collaboratively and under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be creative and champion new ideas.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or above.
- At least 2 years experience working in a live streaming, video sharing or digital campaigns focus role.
- Result oriented. Proven ability to adapt well to a startup environment.
