About the Team
TikTok continues to unlock opportunities for artists and labels, with a brilliantly engaged community who love to build connections with artists and their music. The team is working globally and locally with artists, managers and labels to unleash the promotional and marketing power of TikTok, helping talents to secure success on the platform, music streamings, hit charts and brand collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve the TikTok music content strategy according to user consumption, especially on a better combination between editorial programming and algo-based recommendation.
- Manage TikTok editorial resources and external official playlists across NEA regions, including Japan, Korea and a few.
- Manage and execute music promotion campaigns, including creator campaigns and XFN collaborations such as TikTok effects, templates, hashtags, etc.
- Exploit collaboration with KR TikTok creators, develop creative concepts for creator marketing campaigns and build relationships with micro and macro influencers to create content around the concepts via both hands-on operation and agency partnership.
- Analyze key campaign statistics and data points to measure campaign success, evaluate campaign ROI, and guide productization.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Business level Japanese and Korean to cover both markets.
- Deep understanding of KR and JP music and artists.
- 3+ years of experience in music industry or short video platforms.
- Excellent data analysis and product operation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good communication skills and project management skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally.
- Well organized, dedicated, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines and pay outstanding attention to detail.
