We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.
Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.
Responsibilities:
1. Creator Management & Communication
- Develop a deep understanding of TikTok LIVE's product features and the creator ecosystem.
- Assist in managing creators and fostering strong communication channels to build long-term relationships.
- Create and maintain effective communication strategies (comms) to engage and support creators.
2. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement creative campaigns that inspire creators to produce high-quality content consistently.
- Analyze campaign performance, gather insights, and propose improvements for future initiatives.
3. Official Program Support
- Assist in the end-to-end execution of official programs, including scriptwriting, creator communication, resource coordination, and project management.
- Ensure seamless execution of programs by coordinating with cross-functional teams and aligning with project timelines.
4. Operational Efficiency
- Identify operational challenges faced by creators and the team, and propose solutions to improve workflows and efficiency.
- Support the team in localizing educational materials and guidelines to help creators maximize their potential on TikTok LIVE.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or a graduate degree
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Interest in TikTok LIVE and content creation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with TikTok LIVE, either as a creator or a consumer, with a solid understanding of the media landscape.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Mandarin due to close collaboration with international teams
