The high-performing Global Business Solutions Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting and insights, revenue planning, sales & client incentive & policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.

The Monetisation Strategy & Operations Manager will be joining the Planning, Policy and Analytics team within the Europe & Israel MSO team, based out of London. This role focuses on driving planning, projects and initiatives across Europe and Israel in order to support our business growth effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Solve business problems with a data-driven approach and distill the complex results into clear and actionable insights. Engage and influence across the organisation to execute recommendations.
- Be the trusted partner of senior sales leadership and drive decision making with leadership and cross functional teams, including and not limited to Product, Data, CRM, Measurement, Marketing etc.
- Define key performance metrics and set KPIs to drive revenue growth. Support business cadences to surface insights regularly to maximise business growth and operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage scalable analytical solutions such as datasets, statistical models and dashboards to monitor business performance and monetisation efforts.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in an analytical role with strong exposure or interest in strategy.
- Experience in using data to create compelling stories that communicate key messages across the organisation and to influence various levels of management decision making.
- Experience with analysing large data sets and data visualisation.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Mathematics, Economics, Business, Finance); or related professional experience is applicable.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills
- Fast learner, ability to independently multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience working cross-functionally with various internal teams, including Finance, Sales, Systems, and Product

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working for fast-paced / internet companies, especially in digital advertising, is desirable but not essential.
- Experience with data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL, R and Python highly desirable
