About the Team
Join our TikTok-PGC team and play a vital role in empowering creators around the world! As a Creator Growth Operations, you'll focus on enhancing the experience of professional content creators (PGC) on our platform, driving creativity and innovation in the short video space. If you're passionate about content, have an eye for trends, and enjoy building global connections, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
1. Engage with and onboard mini-game developers, gain insights into their needs, and transform them into detailed operational strategies. Responsible for the scale and experience of developer onboarding.
2. Build a user operations system, develop and implement refined operational strategies based on user characteristics and data analysis results, in collaboration with local and global teams, including teams based in China where Chinese will be used in daily work.
3. Responsible for growing and maintaining the scale of paying users and active users.
4. Organize online and offline events during key industry milestones, identify effective event strategies, oversee event creativity and scope, and establish best practices.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with 2+ years of experience in user operations, strategy, or business analysis.
2. Strong communication and coordination skills, self-driven, resilient under pressure, and a team player able to integrate and utilize resources efficiently.
3. Strong logical thinking, organizational, and execution abilities, with the capacity to drive progress and effectively delegate tasks.

Preferred qualification
1. Proficiency in using Chinese as working language as the role will be in collaboration with local and global teams, including teams based in China where Chinese will be used in daily work.
2. Experience in gaming or content platforms is preferred.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88000 - $248400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
