The Product Strategy and Operations (PSO) team's goal is to drive product innovation by partnering closely with the sales team and define the global product go-to-market strategy for our ever-evolving ads product. Our team is constantly reinventing how we do things to meet the demands of our internal stakeholders and external clients.
We are looking for an intern with a passion for brand & video product marketing to drive go-to-market for TikTok monetization products and play a supporting role in influencing the development of product roadmaps. As part of the PSO team, the role involves close collaboration with both sales and product teams in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with sales teams and utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements and prioritise solutions to influence the direction of product development.
- Develop reports/ visualizations based on multiple data sources & build a narrative around current progress.
- Build the communication bridge between in-market and global teams, lead project management and cross-functional collaboration for product planning and launch.
- Develop best practices through the lens of clients to drive business outcomes for our clients
- Create training and enablement programs to educate and support both internal teams and educate external customers.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Available to start in June for 5-6months.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science or business related subjects.
- Some understanding, interest or exposure to key ad products on TikTok
- Expert data analysis & excel profiencency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- a 'can-do' attitude, capable of explaining complex concepts simply
- A commercial mindset with a passion for delivering against stretching performance goals & proving brand value. No previous Product Marketing experience is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a media agency
- Experience in ads monetization business for ad solutions, influencer marketing advertising
- Proficiency in Arabic, Turkish or Russian is preferred in order to work with local markets, but not required
- Ability and desire to solve complex problems with data and quantitative analytical experience
