The ideal candidate is a skilled marketer and a creative thinker that has experience across the META region and specifically in Saudi Arabia and UAE as key markets. The ideal candidate is also first and foremost a visionary strategist and Marketing "go to market" expert with prior experience in planning and executing multi-channel customer experiences, developing and presenting content as well as managing unique strategic opportunities, campaigns and partnership implementations.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver small business advertiser adoption and revenue growth goals through innovative strategies, education for priority growth initiatives(s) and campaigns across the Middle East region.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to identify regional SMB needs through data, campaigns, and content.
• Drive new cash activations, new revenue and eMAA through bespoke marketing campaign solutions working in close partnership with cross functional teams such as Sales, Product, Enterprise marketing teams, to drive leads, new cash active and revenue growth for TikTok advertising solutions
• Devise, maintain and deliver comprehensive small business advertiser acquisition and revenue growth plans through innovative strategies, strategic partnerships, education for priority growth initiatives(s) and campaigns in the META market
• Establish, own and nurture relationships with high-potential external SMB partners (small business industry associations, Unique SME partners etc.) through the partnership lifecycle from identifying opportunity, pitching program execution and evaluation
• Develop and drive end-to-end compelling program narratives and sales materials tailored to seasonal and always-on campaigns, catering to various audiences (advertisers, agencies, end-users), plan and run programs, events, coordinating deliverables, budgets and support from cross-functional partners
• Design and oversee the execution of bespoke marketing campaign ideas and engagement touchpoints working in close partnership with cross functional teams such as Sales, Product, PR/Comms, Enterprise marketing teams, to drive leads, new cash active and revenue growth for TikTok advertising solutions
• Advocate for the SMB customer, influencing internal teams to prioritize SMB needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Manage and collaborate with third-party vendors/agencies to ensure high-quality campaign creation and successful execution
• Share best practices and collaborate with regional and global counterparts to achieve full-funnel success (leads, new cash active, incremental revenue)
• Contribute to broader team initiatives, leveraging insights to inform program and content needs, and communicating strategies and timelines effectively to cross-functional partners and stakeholders
• Track and analyze campaign and partnership performance across all digital platforms, identify areas for improvement, and continuously iterate for better results
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• Marketing & Industry Expertise - 5+ years of experience in marketing across the Middle East or B2B strategic marketing and partnerships, ideally in the digital marketing space, with a deep understanding of the Small & Medium Business (SMB) sector.
• Regional Market Knowledge - Strong familiarity with the META region's business landscape, including key players, industry trends, regulations, and cultural nuances.
• Strategic & Integrated Marketing - Ability to craft and execute integrated marketing plans, develop strategic ideas across various channels, and lead on-ground events from concept to execution.
• Communication & Collaboration - Given the nature of the business and market, this role will be supporting written and verbal communication in English and Arabic is important, with experience articulating complex concepts, building sales-driven partnerships, and working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Project & Stakeholder Management - Proven ability to identify opportunities, define project scope, lead initiatives independently, and manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strategic Marketing & Creativity - Strong strategic marketing background with experience in creative agencies, brand creative groups, or strategic roles within technology companies.
• Analytical & Data-Driven Approach - Ability to translate data into clear narratives, operational strategies, and actionable recommendations while owning and delivering quantitative targets.
• Project & Execution Excellence - Strong organizational, project management, and execution skills, with experience designing and analyzing content strategies.
• Adaptability & Problem-Solving - Proactive self-starter with comfort in ambiguity, able to navigate fast-paced, continuously evolving environments while maintaining strict attention to detail.
• Prioritization & Results-Driven Mindset - Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks while identifying opportunities to fill operational gaps and drive impactful outcomes.
