About the Team
The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive measurement adoption and grow SEA, with primary focus in Vietnam, in terms of core measurement service through aligned priorities.
2. Identify measurement agenda opportunities and provide consultative measurement support to both internal and external stakeholders.
3. Partner primarily with clients and agencies to provide good measurement that can lead to a better understanding of their campaign performance on the platform.

4. Manage client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected in our product and partnership teams.
5. Partner with local leadership team to provide regular Measurement product feedback to our global product and measurement peers.
6. Implement 1st or 3rd party measurement solutions with a learning agenda for priority accounts from different verticals.
7. Partner with sales and product strategy to up-level internal sales teams on measurement knowledge.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in measurement suppliers/platforms, digital marketing/advertising agencies, large marketing-related organizations, consultancy firms, global research firms, or complex marketing data-driven organizations.
2. Proven ability at communicating complex data insights and translating data-driven findings into actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders, in a clear and impactful manner.
3. Possesses strong interpersonal skills and senior stakeholder management skills, adept at building consensus and driving alignment among stakeholders with varying perspectives.
4. Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made.
5. Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills are a must.
6. Proficiency in Vietnamese and English. It is a client-facing, consultative role and a lot of clients / accounts in Vietnam speak Vietnamese only or prefer to have discussions in Vietnamese. The measurement partner may also be able to explain measurement solutions in local language for local teams / clients for better and effective communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Working knowledge of advanced measurement solutions for global accounts is preferred.
2. Successful examples where past measurement contributions led to behavior change.
3. Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations preferred.
4. Expertise and experience with holistic measurement solutions including multi-cell testing, experimentation, incrementality testing, attribution, causal and inference analysis.
