Responsibilities
The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change.
As a Measurement Business Analyst, you will provide support across verticals in North America. You will work closely with Measurement Partner Managers and cross-functional teams to help TikTok understand how their campaigns are performing, analyze data-driven insights, and support strategic measurement initiatives. This role, which is largely internal facing, requires someone curious about emerging platforms, comfortable working with large datasets and data visualization tools, a clear understanding of database design and a strong analytical background in providing weekly and monthly reporting.

Job Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify key trends that drive advertising effectiveness.
- Assist in data visualization, reporting, and insights generation, ensuring findings are clear, actionable, and valuable to TikTok internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with Measurement Partner Managers to support client measurement strategies and respond to business questions with data-driven insights.
- Partner with our Data Warehousing teams to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Data Science) to ensure measurement insights are aligned with broader company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in digital advertising, auction-based media, and measurement methodologies to enable actionable insights from your analyses.
- Contribute to internal best practices, documentation, and team learning efforts.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in campaign measurement, analytics, or media strategy within advertising, tech, digital marketing, or an agency setting.
- Experience working with data visualization tools and creating dashboards.
- Knowledge of media buying, auction-based platforms, and ad effectiveness measurement.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and A/B testing methodologies.
- Ability to interpret and communicate data insights in a compelling way through reports and presentations.
- Effective problem-solving skills with a curious and investigative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with large datasets and strong analytical skills, preferably using tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with incrementality testing, brand lift studies, or multi-touch attribution is a plus but not required.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83000 - $120000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
