Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategy Manager to join TikTok's Commercial Operations Team, focusing on influencer and brand partnerships. This role will be responsible for serving top-tier brand clients, enhancing the value of influencer marketing, and producing high-quality showcases and white papers that demonstrate TikTok's unique advantages in breaking through market noise and driving product adoption. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in social marketing, a deep understanding of influencer marketing, and strong capabilities in strategy and empowerment.

- Deeply understand the influencer marketing ecosystem, identify and integrate high-quality influencer resources, and enhance the creativity and effectiveness of campaigns.
- Extract the core value of TikTok influencer marketing through data analysis and case studies, producing industry-leading showcases and whitepapers.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing science, data analysis) to ensure efficient implementation and continuous optimization of marketing strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and platform dynamics, providing forward-looking strategic recommendations tailored to brand needs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in social marketing, with preference given to candidates with experience in influencer marketing planning at leading agencies or top creator agencies.
- Expertise in influencer marketing, with proven experience in influencer resource integration and strategy development.
- Ability to clearly articulate the value of TikTok influencer marketing (e.g., breaking through market noise, driving consideration funnel and strong capabilities in strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with international teams and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent teamwork and cross-departmental communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with TikTok or other short-video platforms is a plus.
- Experience serving international brands is a plus.
- Proven track record of producing successful showcases and white papers is a plus.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $290000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
