1GBM EUI are the Global Business Marketing team (GBM) and champions TikTok in the B2B world, looking to educate, inspire and create opportunities for our sales teams to develop and foster key client relationships and demonstrate how TikTok can deliver better outcomes for their business.
Marketing Solutions guides the company's point of view and positioning in France & Benelux and focuses on delivering engaging narratives and key messaging that inform and inspire clients, agencies and the industry with the opportunity TikTok brings.
As a result, we are looking for a high-performing marketing strategiest, who enjoys defining industry-wide messaging, and scaling within integrated marketing channels. We are also looking for someone who has notable experience in full funnel marketing, who can help to develop positioning and guidance to both brand and performance marketers as a focus audience for the EUI business. This person should feel comfortable speaking to issues facing this audience, and help to coordinate and develop materials that enable our sales teams and the industry to further unlock and enable spend on the platform.
You should be comfortable with a broad range of responsibilities, developing and executing content marketing end-to-end including identifying target segments, proposing and developing messaging, establishing tracking mechanisms, and reporting and iterating on results.
The ideal candidate should have clear and demonstrative experience in owning content marketing projects, defining and developing messaging, with hands-on experience aligning and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects on time. Responsibilities:
- Define and localise TikTok's global positioning on key industry topics for clients, agencies, and industry stakeholders across France & Benelux.
- Develop strategic content that positions TikTok as a thought leader, with tailored guidance for both brand and performance marketers to maximize the platform's impact.
- Create and implement engaging, multi-channel messaging that resonate with target segments and drive platform activation.
- Create and coordinate marketing materials that empower the sales team and industry stakeholders to drive client engagement and optimise performance auction spend on the platform.
- Adapt global messaging to produce localised industry-wide messaging that highlights TikTok's capabilities and potential for marketers in France & Benelux.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing Science, Product Strategy, Monetization, Sales, Comms) to ensure cohesive, aligned messaging that supports TikTok's strategic goals.
- Facilitate strong communication channels between local and regional Marketing Solutions managers and other business units, driving consistent brand messaging and coordinated efforts across channels.
- Develop insights and strategies for both brand and performance marketers, addressing challenges unique to this audience and fostering platform growth.
- Coordinate materials and campaigns that enable the sales team to unlock both brand and performance advertising spend, expanding client capabilities on the platform.
- Track and analyse content marketing performance, gathering data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.
- Continuously optimise messaging and strategies based on learnings from previous campaigns, ensuring results-driven content that resonates with target audiences.
- Oversee and execute projects that drive brand visibility and platform activation, from high-level positioning strategies to campaign-specific initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery, operational efficiency, and alignment with strategic objectives across all marketing activities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant, impactful experience in the creative, marketing, advertising industry
- Marketing and Content Strategy fundamentals: navigating marketing plans and developing content to spread them out.
- Have strong knowledge of the digital media landscape and the French advertising industry, across various businesses
- Fluent French and English Language skills
