This team plays a vital role in strengthening TikTok's position as a trusted partner for creators, empowering them with tools, guidance, and inspiration to elevate their content and experiences.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager, Performance & Insights to help evolve how we plan, execute, and measure our creator marketing efforts. This role requires a unique blend of performance marketing strategy, campaign measurement, and cross-functional collaboration. While grounded in data, measurement, and analysis, the role also extends into full-funnel campaign planning, media execution, and testing-making it central to how we scale and demonstrate ROI for creator marketing initiatives.

This position requires a hybrid work schedule, with employees working in the office three days per week or as directed by management.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes across creator perception, acquisition, and engagement.
- Define campaign objectives, and partner closely with product marketing, external media agencies, and internal stakeholders to bring plans to life.
Measurement & Insights
- Analyze creator marketing campaigns to uncover actionable insights and optimize performance across perception, conversion, and incrementality metrics.
- Own reporting and dashboarding to track and communicate performance marketing ROI across multiple KPIs and marketing objectives.
Experimentation & Systematic Plans
- Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Build and execute a learning agenda in partnership with product, research, and marketing teams-bridging qualitative and quantitative insights to guide creator marketing strategy.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation
- Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies to personalize creator campaigns based on behavioral, demographic, and engagement data.
- Identify and activate against high-potential creator cohorts to increase campaign efficiency, personalization, and conversion.
Media Campaign Management
- Contribute performance and measurement insights into media planning and execution in partnership with product marketing and XFN teams.
- Inform campaign budgets and provide ROI analysis to inform campaign spend decisions and optimization efforts.
Tooling & Marketing Infrastructure
- Identify and recommend marketing tools-both internal and external-that improve speed to market and creative iteration.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure scalable infrastructure for campaign measurement and insight generation.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to solve complex business problems.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and actionable insights.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Marketing Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or similar roles
- Strong command of campaign measurement, audience segmentation, and A/B testing
- Proficiency in data tools (SQL, Tableau, etc.) and experience building dashboards
- Ability to communicate complex insights in clear, compelling ways
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns and optimizing toward ROI
- Experience within creator, consumer, or brand marketing environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and strategic thinker with demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $135000 - $190000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
