This team plays a vital role in strengthening TikTok's position as a trusted partner for creators, empowering them with tools, guidance, and inspiration to elevate their content and experiences.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager, Creator Experiences & Activations to support TikTok's Creator Marketing strategy and spearhead some of our biggest global creator programs, campaigns, and tentpole activations. This individual will be responsible for developing global marketing initiatives, integrated marketing strategies, and operational frameworks that elevate TikTok's global creator presence and drive business growth.

This position requires a hybrid work schedule, with employees working in the office three days per week or as directed by management. Preferred location in our London office.
- Lead and Develop Global Marketing Initiatives:: Design and execute global creator marketing programs, campaigns, and activations that ladder up to TikTok's business objectives-ensuring each initiative drives measurable impact and global relevance.
- Oversee and Scale Creator Tentpoles: Drive the strategy, planning, and execution for TikTok's biggest global creator tentpoles (e.g., Creator Summits, TikTok Awards), ensuring cohesive narratives, cross-channel amplification, and operational excellence.
- Build Scalable Global Frameworks: Develop playbooks, toolkits, and frameworks to guide regional teams in executing standardized, scalable marketing programs-ensuring consistency while allowing for local adaptation.
- Lead Measurement & Insights Processes: Develop and implement robust measurement frameworks aligned with product and creator business metrics. Align global reporting on performance metrics, insights, and optimizations.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with internal teams (Marketing, Content, Product, Legal, Comms, Procurement, Sales,etc) and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and alignment with broader company objectives.
- Operational Excellence & Budget Management: Oversee global marketing budgets, ensuring strategic prioritization of resources for key initiatives. Establish methodologies for market prioritization and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Develop Global Creator Marketing Center of Excellence: Drive strong collaboration between regional teams and provide strategic consultation and guidance on local executions while ensuring alignment with global strategies. Create forums for ongoing dialogue and knowledge-sharing across regions.
- Partner with Product and Ops Teams: Align on joint strategies to drive shared business, content, and product goals-ensuring efficiency, consistency, and long-term impact across programs and campaigns.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in global marketing strategy, integrated campaigns, or brand activation-preferably in the creator, tech, or consumer space.
- Proven track record of leading complex, global marketing initiatives with cross-functional and regional teams.
- Deep operational expertise, including developing 0-1 global processes, project management, budget management, resource prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and manage ambiguity across global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strategic thinker with a strong creative lens, capable of developing campaigns that resonate with diverse, global audiences.
- Strong understanding of marketing measurement frameworks and experience partnering with data and analytics teams to build and test scalable measurement solutions.
- Strong understanding of TikTok's creator ecosystem and a passion for shaping creator experiences on a global scale.
- Experience working directly with creators and industry stakeholders to craft authentic and impactful experiences and campaigns.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $185000 - $230000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
