Team Intro
The EUI Global Business Marketing (GBM) team exists to champion TikTok amongst brands and businesses across Europe. Through high impact multi-channel marketing campaigns - spanning events, social, email, web, education, industry relations, media and more - we demonstrate how TikTok can deliver business outcomes for the world's top brands.
This role sits within the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team, which spans Events, MarComms, Education and Industry Relations. In this role, you'll work across all functions of IMC, learning the ins and outs of this multidisciplinary team and building a well rounded marketing skillset. Join our team and play a key role in crafting and executing world-class business to business (B2B) marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the MarComms team to support and enhance their campaign efforts across paid and owned marketing channels, including social, email and web. Partner with the Campaign Manager to provide project management support for complex multichannel integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ideate and produce original campaign content for various marketing channels across IMC, including writing social copy and filming TikToks.
- Work closely with the Experiential team to coordinate top notch client-facing events, both in person and virtually, including ideating event activations, sourcing suppliers and swag, and more.
- Work closely with the Education team, providing set up and administrative support for client-facing educational touchpoints, including certification and webinars.
- Work with GBM's Marketing Solutions team to build a centralised hub for marketing content, ensuring cross-functional partners know where and how to access the content they need.
- Work with GBM's Strategy & Operations team to measure the impact of IMC content and campaigns, and provide strategic recommendations based on your learnings.
- Ideate and own organisational projects to support the overall Global Business Marketing function, including local marketing teams across Europe, such as building a marketing toolkit to scale our impact with cross-functional partners and make marketing resources easier to find and use.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- You know the basics of business to business (B2B) marketing and are hungry and open to learn what you don't.
- You have strong communication skills and would be comfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders across TikTok.
- You have excellent written language skills and are eager to put them to use coming up with snappy social captions or taglines. Bonus points if you have writing samples you can share.
- You have a strong knowledge of the digital media landscape and are always staying current on what's trending on TikTok and in social media marketing.
- You're a self-starter with a knack for managing projects independently and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment. You know how to get stuff done!
- You're exceptionally organised and detail oriented.
