Our mission includes building the TikTok for Business brand through diverse marketing channels and initiatives, including email, social media, web, digital and offline events, and media outreach.
Join our Global Business Marketing team in Korea and play a key role in crafting and executing world-class B2B marketing campaigns. Drive awareness and adoption of TikTok's suite of marketing solutions among advertisers, marketers, and agencies in Korea's dynamic and fast-evolving market.
About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to join our Korea team. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end development and execution of campaigns. Your responsibilities will include identifying target segments, designing customer journeys, crafting marketing messages to highlight value propositions and sales offerings for TikTok solutions, implementing tracking mechanisms, and analyzing results to refine and optimize performance.
As part of the Global Business Marketing team, you will collaborate with Sales, Product, and other teams to create communication strategies aligned with client business goals across various industries. Utilizing your expertise in the TikTok platform and advertising solutions, you will help enhance TikTok for Business's strengths and opportunities in the Korean market.
Responsibilities
B2B Marketing Strategy & Event Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy tailored to the Korean market, aligned with company objectives.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital and in-person events, training sessions, case studies, advertising, social media, and industry partnerships to inspire advertisers.
- Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, managing vendors and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- Measure marketing campaign performance, assess revenue impact, and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
Market Insights & Narrative Development
- Define TikTok for Business's core narratives and value propositions, collaborating with stakeholders to develop integrated marketing plans (e.g., webinars, events, social media, email campaigns).
- Create verticalized content and strategies to enhance product adoption and drive measurable business impact.
- Align with sales, growth, and product teams to identify opportunities, prioritize product support, and craft compelling storylines for a seamless client experience.
Localization & Collaboration
- Localize global and regional marketing strategies and campaigns for the Korean market.
- Work closely with sales, PR, product, and other cross-functional teams to adapt and implement tailored B2B marketing programs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, consulting, or business strategy, ideally in media, advertising, or technology industries.
2. Proven experience in B2B marketing, including developing integrated marketing strategies and executing go-to-market plans.
3. Strong understanding of digital advertising, including digital platforms, brand campaigns, mobile ecosystems, and TikTok's advertising solutions.
4. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams to achieve business objectives.
5. Proven track record of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
6. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and business-level English.
