About the Team
The Global Brand & Communications Operations team is responsible for identifying and implementing processes, insights, and efficiencies to help the department operate smoothly and at scale. The team provides strategic and operational support globally, while serving as a liaison to key cross-functional partners, including Procurement, Finance, Legal, Product and other teams.
About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic operations-focused Marketing professional to support the Global Marketing team. While based in the Americas region, this role will work across both regional and global campaigns, setting operational best standards and ensuring alignment between Marketing, Creative, Paid Media Strategy, Social and PR. Ideal candidates have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excellent problem solvers. They are organized with strong marketing operations skills including campaign management, creative production, and paid media execution. They thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments and have what it takes to execute high quality marketing plans.

Responsibilities
- Project manage Marketing campaigns ensuring teams stay on track meeting day-to-day milestones and all key deliverable deadlines
- Manage related operations including contract negotiation, budget planning, internal payment processes, vendor RFPs and more - working closely with Finance, Legal and Procurement
- Work closely with Marketing leads to guide vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables and milestones meet deadlines and quality standards
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment on campaigns and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Self-starter who can proactively identify fruitful new projects to take on or areas in need of more support
- Direct marketing experience and deep knowledge of different marketing disciplines
- Strong analytical skills, ideally some level of experience or familiarity with analytics platforms and/or measurement platforms
- Familiarity with media planning and buying processes (eg. campaign set-up and flighting, creative rotations, agency billing)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Global experience in tech companies highly preferred
- Agency management is a plus but not required; this role will work with our external agency partners
- Demonstrated experience in operations, marketing or project management
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $95000 - $135000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
