We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.
This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.

Responsibilities:
What will I be doing?
- Collect and analyze live safety issues, evaluate model strategies, identify problems, and continuously enhance the coverage of these strategies to ensure the system's efficiency.
- Collaborate with product, algorithm, engineering, data labeling, and other teams to assist in formulating rules and standards, optimize labeling tools, and complete daily data production tasks for model projects.
- Perform quality control on model training data, analyze cases, coordinate with teams to resolve problems, and help optimize relevant model performance metrics.
- Maintain and iterate model strategies daily, establish a comprehensive evaluation mechanism, monitor the effectiveness of strategies, identify risks promptly, formulate solutions, and collaborate across teams to implement these solutions.
- Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
- Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 3 or more years of full-time experience in product operation/model operation in internet companies with intermediate to advanced level of data analysis and project management skills.

- Experience in AIGC/chatGPT/data labeling, and be interested in the artificial intelligence industry.
- Experience and expertise in content moderation and quality, safety & abuse, and other safety-related initiatives.
- Experience in project management with cross-function teams, across different time zones, cultures and languages.
- Clear mind, data-driven, able to find, investigate and solve problems using data result.
- Be a team player, goal-oriented and highly self-motivated.
