Team Intro
The localized E-commerce business aims to explore more effective business models and targeted E-commerce solutions. It is committed to providing greater business opportunities and development platforms for merchants and partners, and offering high quality products and shopping experiences to global users.
Responsibilities:
- Key Merchant Operations: Support vertical industry research, analyze the supply chain, content operation, and advertising capabilities of corresponding key merchants. Provide targeted operational support to help merchants achieve revenue growth and profit margin optimization.
- Affiliate Campaign Operations: Collaborate to affiliate marketing, Help merchants understand the rules, improve key indicators like the event registration rate, and assist in resolving process related issues to achieve GMV goals.
- Content Operations: Analyze high quality content materials, summarize the characteristics of high quality content from aspects such as content scenarios and product categories. Accumulate relevant insights to help more merchants produce high quality content.
- Target Management: By analyzing core business indicators, help the team monitor the progress of target achievement in real time, promptly identify problems, and collaborate with team members to solve them.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or above;
- Be able to use English as the daily working language;
- Capable of logical thinking and multi perspective thinking (merchant perspective / platform perspective / various functional perspectives). Quick witted, willing to coordinate and solve complex problems, and able to communicate clearly.
- Have a strong sense of data sensitivity and analytical ability. Under the guidance of a mentor, be able to break down key indicators step by step, provide clear and definite improvement plans for merchants with abnormal indicators, and supervise the results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Be able to intern for at least 6 months, with no less than 4 days per week, and maintain a high level of work commitment during the internship.
