Responsibilities
Edge Strategy is part of the broader Infrastructure Engineering organization, and is responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our edge infrastructure, growing and managing partnerships with Internet Service Providers (ISP), and working closely with engineering teams on the evolution of our edge infrastructure to drive new approaches to supporting demand.
Responsibilities:
As an Interconnection Manager, you will act as the primary POC with partner ISPs to deliver top-tier experience for end-users, collaborate with strategy managers to drive infrastructure expansion and engineering teams to ensure we meet performance and capacity requirements.

- Negotiate and manage interconnection & caching agreements with ISP partners to support demand and long-term growth, aligned with our business objectives
- Monitor edge peering, interconnection, and caching utilization to ensure sufficient capacity is available and work with ISPs to augment capacity as needed
- Drive and deliver high-impact, cross-functional programs that focus on improving quality and efficiency of internal systems and processes, as well as enhancing our partners' experience.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal strategy and sourcing team members as well as cross-functional teams and stakeholders; actively tracking and reporting progress for all projects and initiatives.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Project management experience and proficiency and familiarity with office productivity software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Jira, etc)
- Technical experience with IP Networking and BGP routing in large-scale environments including ISPs, Content Providers, and CDNs either as an engineer, product manager, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including leadership across the organization.
- Proven ability to navigate fast-paced, ever-evolving environments, demonstrating resourcefulness and creativity in solving complex challenges and implementing scalable solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience with negotiations and partner management of ISPs and other service providers in the region
- In-depth knowledge of infrastructure including ISPs, data centers, and cloud infrastructure in Latin America, including market dynamics, and current challenges.
- Ability to effectively communicate (speaking, reading, and writing) in the languages used in LATAM.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $90720 - $288000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
