The Sponsorship activation team within NA Creative Ops is looking for an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager/Program Manager to lead big strategic TikTok sponsorship package initiatives and support B2B marketing efforts to drive branding revenue growth.
Core responsibilities include strategizing, planning, executing, and reporting on TikTok brand sponsorship campaigns. This involves developing content, messaging, events, campaigns, and scaled resources to drive the success of tentpole packages. The primary goal is to design sponsorship packages, manage the sales and delivery process, and create compelling showcases for brand activation campaigns.

This role will partner closely with global business marketing, sales, product solutions, integrated marcoms, PR, PM, PMM and other cross-functional stakeholders in establishing integrated marketing campaigns tailored for the tentpoles, to drive content ads brand revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Design Tentpole Moment marketing campaign and sponsorship packages catering to brand needs to drive advertising revenue growth for North American brands through sponsorship packages. This includes integrating TikTok's standard and non-standard advertising solutions, bespoke creator resources, and developing marketing plans aligned with key tentpole moments across industries. Collaborate closely with advertiser enablement teams to package integrated marketing campaigns and drive incremental branding revenue.
- Ideate tentpole projects, execute, manage, build showcase. Establish standardized SOPs spanning opportunity identification (Pre-Sale) to post-campaign analysis (Post-Mortem), coordinating cross-functional resources across 12+ global teams (Business Marketing, Sales Ops, Product Solutions, etc.). Utilize data analysis to refine strategies and optimize performance.
- Lead end-to-end execution of $1M+ strategic campaigns with strong project management methodology, including product requirements, integrated resource allocation, risk management, and ensuring the smooth operation of sponsorship activities.
- Conceptualize and develop tentpole projects, execute marketing initiatives, and build best-in-class showcases to drive advertiser interest and revenue growth. Craft compelling showcases from Conceptualization and development of tentpole projects, and build best-in-class showcases
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 3 years of experience in advertising agencies, brand management, or media-integrated marketing roles.
- Familiarity with integrated marketing platforms, IP project sponsorship, influencer marketing, and product commercialization.
- Possess excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with strong experience in project implementation and coordination, actively driving sponsorship initiatives and their execution.
- Exceptional strategic planning abilities, with strong strategic expression and logical reasoning skills, as well as a solid understanding of product concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of overseas markets, particularly the brand marketing ecosystem and influencer marketing landscape in North America.
- Experience in brand marketing strategies and industry/client services within the luxury goods, beauty, or fast-moving consumer goods sectors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with extensive experience in methodology development, proposal presentations, and public speaking.
- Open-minded and flexible thinker, with strong cross-departmental communication and coordination abilities, high resilience under pressure, and strong self-motivation to achieve results.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121600 - $275652 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
