The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.
We are excited to have the first Influencer Operations Manager in Stockholm within our LIVE Operations team.
The LIVE Operations team is seeking an enthusiastic LIVE Influencer Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Stockholm. The successful candidate will play a key role in building strategic, successful, and long-term relationships with local creators in Sweden.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain enduring relationships with creators, including celebrities, influencers, and content creators within the livestream ecosystem.
- Stay abreast of in-app trends, identify content potential, and scout emerging talent in Sweden
- Conduct educational workshops or webninars to manage creator content, enhance livestream sessions, and promote best practices.
- Provide dedicated account support to creators, assisting them in refining content quality, performance, and reputation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to promote campaigns, creator profiles, and produce featured content.
- Gather insights and analyze relevant data to evaluate and improve creator performance.
- Develop and implement policies and guidelines for creator management and partnerships, monitoring and providing constructive feedback for LIVE features.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent/influencer management, with a preference for those with experience in media, TV, and celebrity management.
- Fluent in Swedish and English to effectively manage Swedish creators.
- Understanding and previous experience working within the livestream ecosystem and applications.
- Results-oriented with good data analysis skills and the capacity to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and a commitment to teamwork.
- Professional, patient, and skillful communication skills.under pressure.
