The LIVE Operations team is passionate about everything related to TikTok LIVE. Our mission is to champion and optimize TikTok LIVE by collaborating with creators to ensure a dynamic, entertaining, and safe environment for our users.
We are seeking an enthusiastic LIVE Influencer Operations Manager to build strategic, long-term relationships with local creators, supporting their growth and success on TikTok LIVE.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain lasting relationships with a wide range of creators, including influencers, celebrities, and emerging talents within the livestreaming ecosystem.
Analyze in-app trends, identify high-potential content, and scout new talent for potential growth opportunities.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to help creators enhance their livestreaming skills and content quality.
Provide ongoing account support to creators, guiding them on content performance, audience engagement, and overall quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote campaigns, elevate creator profiles, and develop exclusive content.
Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends, track creator progress, and pinpoint areas for growth.
Develop and implement policies and guidelines for managing creator relationships and partnerships, offering feedback on features within TikTok LIVE.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in talent or influencer management, ideally within media, TV, or with celebrities.
Fluency in German to effectively manage German-speaking creators.
Strong understanding of and experience with livestreaming platforms and related technologies.
Passion for livestreaming and digital content creation.
Proficient in data analysis with a focus on achieving measurable results.
Ability to work under pressure while meeting targets and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, with a professional and patient approach to stakeholder management.
Collaborative team player with adaptability and dedication to success.
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluency in a Balkan language (e.g., Romanian, Turkish, Russian) to effectively support creators in Balkan the region.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
