About the Team
E-commerce R&D team is looking for an HR Project Coordinator to support a variety of HR projects amidst the rapid growth of the E-commerce R&D team, focusing on areas such as office arrangements, immigration compliance, enhancing employee experience, and event coordination.

This role is a 12-month temporary assignment and will be pay-rolled through a third-party staffing agency.

Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Support various HR projects; ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Projects may include seat allocation, immigration request coordination, employee experience initiatives, and event planning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners. Assist with communications regarding project status, updates, and potential challenges.
- Immigration Coordination: Manage immigration-related requests, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies, and facilitating smooth processes for international employees.
- Employee Experience: Develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving the overall employee experience, addressing any employee concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Event Coordination: Assist with coordinating company events to enhance team cohesion and company culture.
- Reporting and Analysis: Collect and summarize data for reports on the progress and outcomes of HR projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within HR or related domains.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changes or urgent requests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (hourly)
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $28- $51.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
