Responsibilities
TikTok is seeking a motivated and eager HR Operations TPA to support our Human Resources Operations team in the US. The HR Operations team at TikTok helps ensure strong quality, experience, and process for the Lifecycle Operations function. We support the employee lifecycle journey from hiring to separation, including onboarding, job status changes, timekeeping, data and reporting, and offboarding. This is a full-time role that can be located in our Los Angeles, CA, New York City, NY, or Austin, TX offices.
Responsibilities:

3. Partnering with various supporting teams to ensure smooth execution of procedures,
4. Provide system and process improvements related to Time and attendance management,
5. Coordinate high volumes data processing and analysis,
6. Provide first-level HR operations help desk support to resolve employee and team inquiries,
7. HR-related projects as assigned in areas of administration, compliance, operations, and employee experience.
This role is for up to a 5-month temporary assignment. This role will be pay-rolled through a third-party staffing agency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
8. Minimum of 3+ year of coordination and/or administrative experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, and technology-centric work environment with 3+ years of HR operations experience preferred especially in time card management and contingent workforce.
9. Resourceful problem solver with a bias towards action that thrives on solving tough challenges
10. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient, with the ability to successfully project manage shifting priorities
11. Strong analytics, Excel and spreadsheet skills, including the ability to perform VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
12. Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to articulate problems and solutions thoughtfully and thoroughly

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (hourly)
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $25- $45.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
