About the Team
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders and drive the strategic people agenda across our rapidly evolving business. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing HR strategies that support organizational growth, enhance leadership capabilities, and optimize talent. You will influence key stakeholders, lead transformative initiatives, and drive high-performance culture across the Engineering teams while ensuring alignment with the company's global goals. Your role will be critical in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and scalability as the business continues to expand. To enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 4 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Specifically, you will:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring HR initiatives directly drive organizational performance and growth.
- Provide coaching to leaders, advising on talent assessment, succession planning, organizational design, and building high-performing teams for sustained success.
- Lead the resolution of complex employee relations issues, collaborating with Employee Relations and Legal teams to mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and preserve company culture across multiple regions.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, headcount modeling, and business restructuring initiatives to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and strategic growth across the company.
- Oversee the full-cycle performance management process, driving the integration of goal-setting, 360-degree performance evaluations, and calibration sessions to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-impact HR programs that foster growth, employee engagement, and talent retention across engineering teams and the broader organization.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive informed, data-driven decisions that optimize processes and improve business outcomes.
- Execute strategies with a focus on measurable goals, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement across key initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR peers across Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition to implement holistic, integrated solutions that support the overall business strategy.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field, or equivalent years of HR experience.
- 5+ years in Human Resources, with experience in a leadership capacity.
- Proven ability to lead and execute talent management, organizational design, and performance management strategies in complex, high-growth environments.
- Strong track record of designing and implementing high-impact HR programs that drive business performance and align with company goals.
- Expertise in leveraging advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Power BI) to extract insights, inform strategic decision-making, and measure the impact of HR programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a background in mathematics, and data analysis is a plus.
- Direct experience supporting engineering or R&D teams in a high-growth tech environment, particularly in scaling teams globally.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience building relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural, global organization, with the ability to adapt HR strategies to meet the needs of diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
- Business proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, to facilitate communication and collaboration with global stakeholders.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118560 - $266760 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
