Responsibilities

About the Team:
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. We are excited to continue adding to our Talent Acquisition team to attract, engage, and retain top talent to drive the organization's continued growth.

We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing Global Business Solutions (GBS) North America Enterprise Sales (NA-Sales) Human Resources team. GBS is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Agencies, Partnerships, and Marketing Science.

As an HR Business Partner, you will support your organization's leaders and team across the entire talent lifecycle. The role will be expected to strategize and collaborate with corporate, local, and Center of Excellence (CoE) HR team members to identify growth opportunities, engage and retain employees through HR initiatives, and establish an efficient organizational design. To enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Specifically, you will:
- Translate business agendas and objectives into a strategic HR roadmap, with supporting initiatives and action plans while garnering support/ownership for that roadmap within the organization.
- Coach business leaders on people-related matters, including talent assessment, development and succession, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team characteristics.
- Design, monitor, and measure HR Metrics/KPIs dashboards to facilitate change and drive key insights and decisions that support growth and retention.
- Play a role in the design and execution of business restructures and critical workforce planning initiatives and identify critical succession planning needs.
- Enhance employee development & management throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback; design fit-for-purpose goal-setting agendas including 360 performance evaluations, and oversee the formal performance review and calibration process.
- Champion HR initiatives to support Diversity & Inclusion throughout the organization, including rolling out action plans and guiding leaders regarding mentorship, development, and promotion of diverse employees.
- Facilitate communication, collaboration, and engagement across all areas of the business.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources as an HR Generalist or Human Capital Consultant.
- 3+ years as an HR Business Partner.
- Corporate experience in employee relations, performance management, leadership development, organizational design, and general HR program/operations.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting organizational diagnostics, identifying gaps, and implementing solutions to optimize organizational structure.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience supporting Sales client groups.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (i.e., Tableau, Excel, Power BI) to extract insights and drive strategic decision-making.
- Successful track record of designing and implementing people programs from the ground up.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability and willingness to be both hands-on (operational) and strategic.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Proven ability to autonomously manage multiple projects concurrently, with strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $228000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
