About the team
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.
GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group, and our HRBPs who support them are too! We are excited to continue adding to our Human Resources team to attract, engage, and retain top talent to drive the continued growth of the organization.
At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.
This position is responsible for helping our clients leverage TikTok to achieve their business and marketing goals.
Our clients are helping them update their digital marketing in a variety of industries including finance, healthcare, real estate, human resources, and more.
The CSM will play a key role in driving our clients' exponential growth by building long-term relationships with them and providing them with the best TikTok solutions.
- Responsible for all internal and external stakeholder management, long-term account plan development, product education and adoption
- Identify, prioritise and secure revenue opportunities through consultative and strategic agency engagement - deep understanding of agency's business objectives to deliver media solutions that tie to agency's business objectives and KPIs
- Create compelling sales propositions utilising consumer trends, market knowledge and data-driven insights
- Develop and implement best practices for client servicing including relationship management, product suite education and enablement, business reviews, reporting and analysis
- Work closely with client solutions and core cross functional teams to constantly analyse performance, drive test and learn strategies and brainstorm and develop scalable advertising solutions to deliver measurable results
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership, innovation and performance solutions
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluency in business English due to cross functional meetings with other regions
- Management experience of a team of 3 members or more with demonstrated experience of leading and inspiring others while driving measurable business outcomes.
- Experience in brand campaign planning, account management, sales, or marketing
- Demonstrated history of managing partnerships that require moving complex decisions through organisations successfully
- Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience running TikTok ads and other platforms.
- Experience in sales related to technology, advertising, media, or internet environment.
- Experience working with various media platforms (Digital platform,TV, etc.)
- Ability to think hypothetically and problem solve and thrive in a fast changing environment
