We have an opening for a Head of UKI for our SMB EMEA team here at TikTok. As our UKI regional leader, you will be responsible for leading a sales team dedicated to our UKI markets and collaborate with our senior leadership team on our holistic approach in our multiple markets within EMEA. This leader will be the advocate for their region and work to uncover growth opportunities for the business and our customers. They will work with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams across the organization to support the short and long term growth of their region.

The Regional Lead will coach and manage a team of both managers as well as Account Managers, New Business Sales, and Agency teams to deliver on programs, meet sales targets, and execute customer centric solutions at scale. The Regional Lead will be expected to understand the nuances of their business, develop strategic plans to harness the opportunities of that region and bring an analytical lens to identifying what is working and opportunities for improvement. Success in this position requires a focus on understanding the unique TikTok product proposition identifying new growth opportunities for the business, coaching sales teams to achieve their goals, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the leadership to engage and grow advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Market Leadership: Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for the UKI region that position the company as a market leader while ensuring that you have a broad market knowledge which will drive sustainable competitive advantage.
- Drive Market-Specific Growth Strategy: Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy for the market focusing on driving revenue growth, product adoption and increasing market share.
- Internal Advocacy and Cross-Functional Influence: Serve as a key advocate for the UKI regional market, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders in product, marketing, growth and acquisition to align on client needs and drive product evolution that meets the specific demands of our clients in commerce, non-commerce and agencies.
- Data-Driven Strategy & Insights: Utilize data analytics to provide deep business insights and actionable recommendations for the market, leveraging these insights to optimize sales approaches and influence the development of customer-centric advertising solutions tailored to the market
- Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams: Manage and mentor a team of managers and sales specialists, setting a high bar for performance, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and innovation.
- Client Relationship Leadership: Oversee the post-activation growth strategy for tech industry advertisers, ensuring long-term success, high client satisfaction, and deepening of relationships with key decision-makers.
- Product Expertise & Advocacy: Stay at the forefront of TikTok's product and emerging trends within the broader industry. Serve as both an internal and external product champion, driving awareness, adoption, and best practices among clients and teams.
- XFN Sales relationships: Be recognized as a strategic partner to our enterprise sales team, fostering trust and alignment around the market's direction and goals.
- Market External Thought leader: Be recognized as a thought leader and industry authority, representing the company with key clients and key events within the market.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven and in-depth understanding of and experience in scaled sales roles within digital marketing
- At least 3+ years of management experience of a leadership team or large sales team with multiple complexities
- Demonstrated executive-level leadership and presence both internally and externally
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with a history of building strong relationships across departments to influence strategic decision-making.
- Ability to anticipate challenges, proactively troubleshoot, and swiftly resolve complex problems in high-pressure situations.
- Advanced analytical skills, with a deep ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and drive business performance through data-driven strategies.
- Strong project management expertise, with the ability to oversee complex initiatives while ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience within the biddable market is highly preferred
- As this leadership team covers the EMEA region, any additional language skills would be a benefit
