From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small.

As the Head of SMB, EMEA, you will be responsible for leading the overall growth for the region, including revenue, advertiser development and product growth. This also includes leadership responsibility for multiple sales functions as well as managing experienced people leaders. The ideal candidate for this role will have significant leadership experience leading complex organizations focused on sales rigor, scaled sales efforts and work collaboratively across the global SMB organization. A data driven mindset and appreciation for the balance of global vs regional will be critical to success.

Responsibilities:
- Accountable for achieving revenue targets for the EMEA market.
- Run a quarterly forecasting cadence to provide visibility of sales pipeline status and plan to achieve targets, as well as upside and downside risks to achieving targets.
- Develop scalable operations solutions and improvements to support continued advertiser growth.
- Work seamlessly between sales channels and business functions to drive the go-to-market strategy and operations in EMEA region.
- Drive alignment between sales and core cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Strategy, Sales Operations and Ad Operations.
- Identify and drive revenue org productivity and efficiency improvements.
- Work with strategy on Annual budgeting, and monthly/quarterly tracking and insights areas of deviations and recommendations.
- Be operationally excellent in the day-to-day running of the business including (but not limited to) forecasting, pipeline development, training, certifications, hiring, performance management, collaboration, teamwork, and best practice sharing.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and management experience leading multiple levels of leaders across a wide regional scope
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding large sales revenue & P&L goals
- Strong analytical, sales and strategic planning background, with a driven mindset to discover and formulate strategies and operational tactics to go after new opportunities
- This role works with multiple cross functional partners across the globe, so you will need to be a proactive and effective interpersonal relationship builder & communicator with great feedback skills
- Be an entrepreneurial thinker and not be afraid to think outside the box, take ownership and calculated risks
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends; excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills
- We are a part of a global team, so you will need to be comfortable with global travel

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading in an advertising/tech or similar organisation would be a benefit
- We are a truly global team, so any additional language skills would be a nice to have
- Proven experience with scaling businesses
