We are looking for a Project Manager Intern, Global Talent Acquisition to join our Trust & Safety, Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team in Singapore. This role will be responsible for supporting various global recruitment projects and programs to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of our recruitment process.

Responsibilities
1. Support global recruitment projects including various data analyses, interviewer training, process improvement programs and others
2. Compile, analyze data and metrics to support talent acquisition strategy and improvement
3. Provide innovative and scalable talent acquisition-related solutions to meet business objectives
4. Proactively identify areas for improvement and conduct necessary fact-finding to formulate structured solutions

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Strong in Excel and Powerpoint, possess strong data visualization skills
2. Adept at research and conceptualising solutions for complex problems
3. High sense of urgency, ability to multi-task, and wear many hats on a daily basis
5. Detail oriented with strong written, oral and verbal presentation skills
6. Excellent time management and creative problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Available for 5 days per week, ideally can do 6 months
2. Experience with Talent Acquisition domain
