About the Role
TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered! As a vital member of the SMB Product Growth team, this role requires close collaboration with marketing teams, in-market sales leadership, product managers and engineering teams in a rapidly evolving environment. This role's key responsibility is to drive new advertiser growth through organic search on a global scale. Key skills for success include the ability to drive projects cross-functionally, manage agencies to run day-to-day operations and think innovatively about how to grow the business with a product mindset.
The ideal candidate understands how to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, has deep SEO knowledge and leverage data to identify and solve problems. Ideal candidates will possess experience in growth marketing, website strategy and familiarity with running large-scale B2B acquisition programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global growth strategies, responsible for SMB's new advertiser acquisition through organic channels
- Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, product operations, marketing, sales to launch initiatives, incentive strategies, and product strategies to meet new advertiser requirements and drive scalable growth
- Create and implement data-driven SEO strategies aligned with business objectives that drive acquisition growth
- Work alongside Paid Media leads to drive a holistic search strategy
- Analyze competitor landscapes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Utilize data and customer research to identify problems and growth opportunities, develop effective growth strategies, clearly articulate new customer acquisition and retention KPIs and be accountable for results.
- Explore and develop multi-channel strategies and innovative business models to promote advertiser acquisition
- Develop in-depth content strategy based on keyword and market research
- Presenting and communicating directly with stakeholders with varied levels of SEO or digital marketing knowledge
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of SEO and digital marketing experience
- 2+ years of growth marketing experience
- Experience working in enterprise B2B business
- Excellent communicator and comfortable managing and handling internal and external communication, engaging and influencing with cross-functional groups
- Business-oriented, customer-oriented, with a good understanding of business and the ability to recognize demand scenarios, proficient in data analysis, with strong abstraction and systematic thinking abilities.
- Data-driven, capable of in-depth data interpretation, synthesizing insights through clear, concise communication
Preferred Qualifications:
- Growth mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Familiarity with SEO tools: SEMrush, BrightEdge
- Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
- Self-starter, willing to build from 0 to 1 and motivated to learn

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $129000 - $232000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
