As a Global Product Solutions and Operations Manager, you'll support the product lifecycle across both inbound and outbound responsibilities, acting as the "voice of the customer" for advertisers globally. This role will be focused on developing the portfolio of signals solutions to help advertisers share website, app and offline data with TikTok. Inbound responsibilities include research to understand market needs and gaps, prioritizing feature requests from all markets, and running early-phase (alpha/beta) product tests. Outbound responsibilities include developing a thoughtful go-to-market plan for new products, including the development of customer-facing collateral and sales training materials. As the "business owner" of your products, you'll drive product adoption post-launch by targeted activation initiatives and new feature releases.
You'll bring an understanding of advertising, a knowledge of the competitive landscape, and a passion for storytelling to this highly collaborative role. This role works with diverse teams including Product Management, Operations, Business Marketing, Data Science, Engineering and Sales. Your experience, knowledge, and focus will make you the champion for your products, both internally and in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Define global commercialization for TikTok's ever-evolving ads product, with a focus on signals. Instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy.
- Partner closely with Product team to deeply understand business' pain points, form business requirements and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development
- Maximize value from signals solutions across markets by generating claims and ensuring inclusion of results in case studies and at industry events
- Partner with cross-functional teams including regional counterparts to develop and execute global programs and initiatives
- Build an understanding of the most nascent TikTok advertising and signals products and leverage these products to achieve customer goals
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of product marketing experience
- 5+ years of product marketing experience with digital ad products or ad technical operations experience
- Experience working with clients on qualitative and quantitative measurement of marketing campaigns. An understanding of the signals solutions provided in market and an ability to advise businesses on these
- A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change
- A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis
- Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing signals solutions to service client marketing objectives
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $148800 - $244000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
