About the Team:
TikTok is a platform rooted in creativity and has played a critical role in enabling positive creative expression with our global community of users & creators. We are looking for an experienced Global Product Marketing Manager with a track record of bringing campaigns and products to market. This is a critical role that will focus on setting our global marketing strategies and execution plans to bring our Discovery and Community products to billions of users and creators around the world.
This requires strong partnerships with global product teams, regional marketing teams and cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption and increase understanding and comprehension of the Discovery and Community product verticals across audiences and countries around the world. Based out of San Jose, California, the product marketing manager will be able to spearhead global product marketing strategies, positioning, messaging and creatives, while enabling aligned local campaigns that also reflect local nuances.
- Develop our global product marketing strategies, narratives and campaigns, as well as build go-to-market strategies & measurement plans that support key adoption & awareness goals of TikTok's Discovery and Community product strategies
- Partner with regional marketing teams to enable localized creative development, user targeting and channel strategies
- Collaborate with global product teams to align on key product priorities and milestones, that are delivered through globally consistent execution plans
- Partner closely with product, marketing, PR, operations, strategy and finance to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination. Be the glue between teams and our users.
- Understand and evangelize for the needs of users on TikTok, actively identifying gaps and opportunities to better serve our audiences around the world
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of product marketing experience in mobile/tech/consumer products
- Experience conceptualizing, planning and launching marketing campaigns, and driving awareness & adoption of new products and services; owning and achieving key performance indicators
- Comfortable working in an experimental and extremely fast-paced environment within a complex, matrixed organization
Preferred Requirements:
- Creating and executing global marketing campaigns is a plus
- A creative approach and fresh ideas to build marketing campaigns around product
- Strong project management skills, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent cross-group collaboration skills
- Passionate about TikTok and our mission
- Charismatic, compelling speaker and strong oral & written communication skills for internal and external forums

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $105000 - $125000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
