Role Overview:
As the Product Marketing Lead for TikTok's Global Brand & Video Solutions team, you'll lead a team of product marketing managers to shape the go-to-market strategy and product roadmap for our suite of premium video-focused products. Collaborating cross-functionally, you'll orchestrate initiatives that drive sales success and product success, while resonating with brand advertisers globally.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans for TikTok's video offerings, leading both inbound and outbound product marketing activities.
- Market Understanding: Utilize market knowledge to analyze trends and assess TikTok's position vs the competitive landscape, summarizing key gaps.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Define clear go-to-market strategies for TikTok's suite of video ad products, partnering closely with the sales and regional teams to create solutions that appeal to TV and video buyers and inform product direction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to set short and long-term OKR's across the working team, executing regional strategies effectively.
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of TikTok's operational systems, ad systems, and measurement tools, leveraging insights to achieve customer goals and enhance product offerings.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience managing, leading, mentoring, and developing a team of product marketing managers.
- 5+ years of experience at a leading digital media platform, preferably in a go-to-market or product marketing capacity within the brand and/or video advertising space
- Strong expertise in planning, buying, and measuring video ad campaigns, with a strong understanding of brand buying objectives and KPI's
- Ability to work in ambiguity, collaborate effectively across organizational levels and geographies, and influence stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Passion for team culture and development, with a focus on fostering effective relationships and collaboration.
- Excellent business judgment and attention to detail in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $171600 - $350080 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
