Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
The Vendor Portfolio Performance team is responsible for defining the Trust and safety content moderation BPO global vendor strategy and for maintaining a healthy stable and performing portfolio of vendors and footprint of sites. This team also owns the internal risk assurance frameworks across the vendor ecosystem.
What will I be doing?
As Head of the Vendor portfolio performance team, you will be responsible for leading a global team who will be responsible for:
- Defining the Trust and safety content moderation BPO global vendor strategy and for maintaining a healthy stable and performing portfolio of vendors and footprint of sites and footprint of sites.
- Conducting bi-annual portfolio level performance reviews with our vendors. Take appropriate performance management actions.
- Develop and maintain vendor portfolio performance scorecards.
- Determine the short medium and long term vendor portfolio mix, balancing factors such as business demand forecasts, vendor performance, cost, risk, BCP planning, maintaining strategic partnerships and commercial realities of operating in the content moderation BPO industry.
- Be the link into the operational delivery / vendor management Regional leadership teams. Maintain a deep understanding of operational delivery and performance.
- Develop and evolve the operating model with regional vendor management teams.
- Understand and manage internal XFN demand needs.
- Own the internal risk assurance frameworks to be applied across the vendor ecosystem and centrally manage ecosystem risk incidents that hit the required threshold.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years experience as a senior leader in a Global Vendor management role.
- Relevant and deep experience in vendor management, strategic consulting and/or risk management areas.
- Experience and comfort managing c-suite relationships with an excellent commercial mindset and accunem.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with a keen sense of responsibility for data integrity.
- Ability to build and lead a globally distributed high performing team.
- Proven ability to exercise maturity in handling commercially sensitive data.
- Clear achievements in the successful management of large-scale, complex projects including change management execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent skills in verbal and written communication across both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and able to influence without authority.
- Background in Trust and Safety is preferred.
