About the Team
Join the TikTok Shop MAI (Merchant Acquisition & Incubation) team, dedicated to nurturing new and early-stage merchants. As a key contributor on the Incubation Strategy Ops side, your focus will be on the Merchant Growth Tactics.
In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of designing effective programs, empowering our merchants to grow and scale to new heights. Your responsibilities extend to crafting a robust engagement plan, ensuring successful program completion whilst delivering a strong ROI.
Responsibilities
- Design, execute and iterate growth strategies and campaigns for merchant incubation, retention, and merchant sales and order growth.
- Based on an understanding of different seller segments, develop differentiated guidance and marketing strategies.
- Understand pain points and demands at each stage of merchants' lifecycle, and build a full-funnel growth operation framework.
- Design incentive policies, plan growth resources, discover growth opportunities through data analysis, merchant research, industry analysis, and competitor analysis. Develop corresponding solutions and plans.
- Coordinate resources with cross functional teams such as product, data, marketing, algorithm and finance, drive the execution of growth projects.
- Analyse the results of growth campaigns, develop methods and measure ROI clearly, find opportunities for further iterations.
- Daily monitor growth metrics, identify trends and draw clear attribution against our OKR metrics and optimise growth directions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in using data to clearly show metric attribution to assist in driving project conceptualisation with autonomy.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal), collaboration, execution, and project management skills.
- Well versed in influencing stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Quick learner, proactive, and resilient, with the ability to cope well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
Preferred qualification:
- 4+ years experience in a B2B Marketplace or eCommerce environment in a growth focused role.
- Experience in using SQL, Tableau and other data analytics tools.
- Experience in presenting to senior stakeholders
