Team Introduction
The Organizational Culture (OC) team is under the Human Resource Management Department, where our mission is to embed the E-commerce Business Mission and Values into the daily actions and mindset of employees worldwide.
We are hiring an intern to support the Global E-commerce OC function across the globe. The successful candidate will be able to work with a fun, supportive and professional global team, and will be granted opportunities to join global projects. Make this experience fruitful, and play your part to inspire creativity and bring joy.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
1. Event Coordination & Execution: Support to Plan and execute global OC initiatives, including all-hands meetings, employee engagement events, and culture-building workshops. Manage end-to-end logistics, from concept development to post-event feedback analysis.
2. Creative Content Development: Design compelling internal communications (videos, articles, posters) aligned with monthly/quarterly cultural themes. Utilize tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, CapCut, and Photoshop to produce visually engaging materials.
3. Project Support: Assist in global OC projects, including e-learning module development, internal campaigns, and visual storytelling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with organizational values and timelines.
4. Research & Insights: Conduct market research and employee surveys to identify best practices in organizational culture. Analyze data to provide actionable recommendations for improving engagement and cultural alignment.
5. Ad-Hoc Support: Address urgent team needs, such as drafting internal communications, updating digital platforms, or coordinating with regional offices.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
1. Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to meet the requirements of our business in China.
2. Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma) and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro).
3. Based in or willing to relocate to Jakarta.
4. Commitment to a 3+ month internship, 4 days/week minimum.
5. Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with an eye for crafting impactful messages.
6. Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Academic background in Communications, Media Studies, Advertising, HR, or related fields.
2. Prior international exposure (study abroad, internships, or multicultural work experience).
