About the Team
Our Global Agency team works with leading global agency partners to deliver innovative technology solutions and serve to advocate and educate the market to help accelerate its overall growth of TikTok Global Business Solutions.
As our Global Agency Lead, you will build C-Level relationships and develop innovative and commercially viable partnerships with key global agencies. You will also manage complex client relationships and bring a thorough understanding of the overall global business, building strong relationships with our highest priority accounts, and expanding our overall industry impact and ecosystem. This role will work with cross-functional teams to define market strategies, lead overall agency product enablement and contribute to building a world class team and culture.
Responsibilities
- Partner and drive global adoption of TikTok's digital advertising solutions through building strategic partnerships with global agencies
- Build and foster long term senior relationships with global / regional client decision makers, as well as their agency counterparts, managing the end-to-end customer relationship for their revenue, tech and data needs
- Design overall digital marketing and product development strategies with global agencies and advertisers
- Drive thought leadership/strategic thinking by partnering with key internal stakeholders e.g legal, sales, marketing and operations to ensure global consistency across global markets
- Collaborate with regional agency teams on key areas such as enterprise technology selling, relationship-building, account strategy and planning, opportunity identification and competitive selling.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Experience in agency development and management experience.
- Experience in digital advertising, enterprise solutions, online media buying and selling processes, and advertising technologies.
- Experience in C-level technical stakeholder relationship management, translating their business needs into innovative technology solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and building relationships across internal teams
- Having key networks and connections within the macro global media agency landscape
Preferred qualifications:
- Having global & regional experience in managing agency partnerships
- Able to lead and communicate across multiple global markets
- Ability to work several levels of the organization in parallel including ensuring quality implementation within clients and agencies, driving organizational change at the C-level, project management across external and internal departments.
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales and account management approach
- Demonstrated ability to work with and in highly matrixed organizations

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $145000 - $248000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
