The TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation and optimization, to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other 3rd parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to the end users.

We aim to drive and lead the technology renovation in the ads tech and creative industry, powering products and driving values for our clients, creators, and the whole ecosystem. We are looking for experienced product operations managers who will be responsible for providing operational support throughout the product development lifecycle and ensuring the success across key products and business initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Develop a strategic partnership framework and collaboration model with HoldCo and Enterprise brands, in coordination with the Global Accounts & Agency Partnerships Team, to identify and solve advertiser creative challenges
- Own Global Account & Agency onboarding and training, organize routine workshops and webinars on new creative product features, best practice sharing, and feedback collection
- Provide 1:1 and 1:many operational support to ensure optimized customer experience
- Project manage across an extensive set of cross-functional partners including but not limited to product, data science, business integrity, legal, compliance, brand partnership, client solution teams, and other key stakeholders
- Design SOPs, collect feedback and incorporate learnings into process improvement to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide first-line market insights to help shape product strategy and drive business expansion
- Conduct revenue management and resource planning to provide critical inputs for product strategy, partner with marketing science and set up effective incentive policies to drive sustainable product adoption growth

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of work experience in product marketing and operations role, or other sales roles in advertising/creatives
- Experience partnering with and influencing sales teams and developing go-to-market strategies to increase product adoption
- Experience managing senior stake holders as well as working across several high-stake projects at the same time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Self-starter with strong project management skills, ability to grasp the core context, identify key risks, and cooperate with all parties to achieve goals
- Analytical, data sensitive & goal-driven. Comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial & error iterations and constantly improving
- Great communicator & team-worker. Comfortable navigating global organization structures & aligning objectives with cross-functional teams. Thriving in a work environment with diverse cultures.
- Experience in digital advertising and knowledge of enterprise accounts & agency holding company dynamics is a plus
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $244888 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
