2. Promote and optimize the infrastructure and component abstraction of existing front-end components
3. Help product improvement, including technology update, user experience, and product
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Familiar with HTML/CSS, proficient in CSS preprocessors such as Sass, Less, etc., understand layout deeply, can implement common dynamic effects
2. Proficiency and experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, EcmaScript 2015+
3. Proficient in at least one mainstream front-end frameworks, such as React, Vue, etc., deep understanding of hooks and component development
4. Familiar with front-end engineering, can use of one of the building tools such as Webpack, Rollup, Vite, etc.;
5. Very strong teamwork skills (e.g. communication, ownership, empathy, honesty).
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Have relevant experience in advertising, e-commerce and video industries
2. Pay attention to cutting-edge technology and have a spirit of exploration and innovation
3. Strong sense of business insights, data-driven mental model and thinking process and hands-on data analytics experiences.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $145000 - $250000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
