Team Intro
USDS Finance team is responsible to support USDS business in areas of Financial Planning and Analysis, Finance Operations and Entity Accounting, while also partner closely with global stakeholders to ensure data compliance and system implementation.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual with a strong background in process transformation and change management.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Finance and Business stakeholders to define transformation goals and objectives.
• Identify opportunities for improvement (current state assessment/gap analysis) in areas such as but not limited to monthly closing, quarterly forecasting, spend governance, fixed assets management.
• Lead and manage transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are measurable, technically feasible, and cascade change of management recommendations to workflow owners.
• Collaborate closely with system product teams, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to align on system change request and timeline.
• Evaluate existing systems and propose enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and guidelines.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, business transformation, or related roles
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree preferred
• Knowledge of industry best practices and business intelligence tools
• Deep understanding of Finance processes
• Strong analytical skills, understanding of complex issues, ability to quickly absorb information, conceptual and creative problem-solving excellence
• Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $117333 - $215966 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
