Team Introduction
The mission of TikTok's Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) is to manage all incoming and outgoing cash transactions in a timely, accurate, efficient and controlled manner. We are currently looking for a driven and detail-oriented accountant to join our team. You will become an integral part of our global accounting team.
Responsibilities
- Have a strong understanding of the company's expense and reimbursement policies.
- Address employee escalations.
- Detailed review and approval of travel expense, employee reimbursement, and corporate credit card based on company policies.
- Deliver reimbursement education to internal and external customers.
- Provide coverage support for the Finance Service Center.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in accounting or finance-related field.
- At least 2 years of general accounting or reimbursement experience, preferably at a technology or Internet company.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software and relevant systems technology; experience using expense management solutions such as Concur or Expensify, and ERP systems including but not limited to Oracle, SAP, NetSuite is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
- Principled, flexible, and resourceful with a positive customer service mentality.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving and financial skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize, in a busy and dynamic environment with willingness to accept challenges.
